All right, on mIRC there is a bot/program called Q. Q allows you to be set on to the server with something that is called a auth and a set of modes. The auth allows u to do certain things and as for the modes they can help hide your Ip adress for when your connected (hense why im throwing you all in my help/scripting channel before you all venture off into the massive quakenet server.)

Authing is a pretty simple step, pretty much you do /msg Q hello email email
Your email needs to be put twice in the same way. Check your email after you auth and get the auth pass word that should look similar to this:
example: /msg Q@CServe.lt3nerds.org AUTH rith yCeT4Gn

Btw dont try to use that pass. Its a out of date pass for a different server that does not work. I repeat it will not work. Once you have that pass paste it in the first window, not the channel window, but the first window. Should be something like Quakenet. Its set up like a channel but it really isnt. Let me know if you dont understand that. Ill be posting screen shots soon of it, and of something else that allows you to auto auth on connection.
