OK one of my fav bans is the Q ban.
/msg Q ban #chan nick

Ok in order to do Q bans though you have to be master or owner of the channel.
Q bans are perm bans keeping someone out perm from the channel.
Thus being a kick ass ban.

/msg Q BANLIST <channel>

Displays a list of persistent and channel bans on the named channel. Each ban is identified by a number which can be passed to a subsequent BANDEL command.
Note that the numbers can change if bans are added to or removed from the channel. Where:
channel - the channel to use
BANLIST requires operator (+o) access on the named channel.

So it would be like

/msg Q bandel #silverglade #1

BANCLEAR requires master (+m) access on the named channel.

/msg Q BANTIMER <channel> [<duration>]

Bans set with the PERMBAN command can be removed with BANCLEAR or BANDEL.
